• Sharpen & Balance Blades while you wait ($4.00 per blade)
• Sharpen Saw Chains while you wait ($4.00 per chain) - All chains are filed by hand, Fast and accurate - No grinding machines to burn your cutter teeth or grind away more than needed, although we may use a grinder to "initialize" badly mis-shaped cutters to proper angles and depth. 
• Pickup and Delivery service available.
• Parts & Accessories available - We can order almost anything that you need, if we don't have it on hand!

• Shop Labor Rate: $46.00/hour
• Pickup & Delivery:
• - We've changed to a Flat rate zoned system. Due to increasing cost of gas, our zone chart is as follows: 
  • Roulette & Vicinity: $10.00
  • Hebron Area: $20.00
  • Port Allegany Area: $20.00
  • Turtlepoint, Smethport, Coudersport,Keating Summit: $25.00
  • Eldred, Austin, Shinglehouse: $35.00
  • All other areas: $20 flat rate plus $0.50/mile round trip.
• Service Calls: $15.00 plus shop labor rate and pickup/delivery fee from time we leave the shop.
• Sharpen Blades: $4.00 each
• Sharpen Chains: $4.00 each
• Chainsaw Bar Reconditioning: $6.00 each
• Rechargeable battery disposal: Free (Bring in and drop off in drop box)
• Used Oil Disposal: $3/Gal. (Min charge $3.00) 
• Used/Junk Lawn & Garden Equipment disposal: Free when dropped off, Pickup service available, charged as Pickup/Delivery rate schedule above.

Returns: No returns on electrical parts, other than warranty items.  Other parts returned must come with sales receipt, and special ordered items are subject to restocking fee.

There will be a 50% deposit required on special order items (things that we do not normally keep in stock) and returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

There is a $35.00 service charge on any checks returned NSF.

We do NOT Issue store credit. We do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

We do NOT quote repair estimates until we have examined the machine or appliance. We also charge from $15.00 up to 1 hour at our current labor rate to examine and prepare a repair estimate. This is billed as diagnostic time, and is included in most repairs.
